I'd be a little concerned about this. How much coaching years do you think he has, I'm thinking he is nearing his expiry date in that role. I think his magic as a coach is waning. Life is easy with a TB12 at the QB position. I would have thought he'd have enough of this sideline thing and just move up to the booth and be GM, I mean he does the job of GM as it is anyhow
