I called Richmond RCMP non emergency, they were very apologetic but they said they really couldn't do anything about it because I don't know where it is and neither do they. A general area doesn't really help. |
I guess what's more shocking to me is that it wasn't already reported and dealt with long before you called. If it was 11 or 12 maybe neighbours give a longer leash but 4am? I'd be pissed.
