Falls back to my thoughts of is it worth it though? Pretty much $10000 a month just to pay for house, tax, insurance maintenance. What am I getting out of this $10000? Cuz there's damn sure a lot more I can get for $10000 a month if you got out of Van.
Get 3 houses in Calgary, rent two out and live in one and lots more $ + room for toys. Pretty much live semi retired rather than worry about grinding and how to pay for the mortgage payment.
