Anyone have any experience or recommendations on 36" induction ranges?
We're pretty sick and tired of our 2 year old gas Fisher & Paykel - over the first two years it's leaked gas twice and I don't like it's performance (burners can't go low enough, oven is too small and can't get hot enough) so we're looking at replacing it but the selection is pretty lean for 36" induction ranges (and they are $$$$).
Looking at a Bertazonni (
https://ca.bertazzoni.com) and they run between $9-15k for one. I might be able to stomach $10k (especially if I can sell our Fisher for $4-5k) but $15k is too rich for my blood.
