no difference when Harper was so game over and just keeping his seat warm. He was so ready to step down but his 1,2,3rd runner up kept resigning before he can pass the ball.
Same thing as Trudeau, he would LOVE to step down and let someone reign... heck does he even give an F now... NOPE, but there is no one.
If Biden doesn't show up, Trump will try to run and win. Doubt ANYONE wants that.
