Mine didn't double in 13 years... for transparency sake I bought it for $365,000 in early 2011... now it's $630,000... so it came close? I think in 2012 it dropped to about $340,000 as there was a small dip, but that's about it.
It didn't quite double in the craziest 10 year period of real estate ever... I can't see how it would double again in another 10 years. Could be wrong, but I wouldn't bet on it personally.
