Built 1982. bought for $210,000 back 2008 sold it at 270k and lost some money... because it was sold during bad times.
how much higher can a stupid one bedroom be worth?
Just googled, recently sold at 429k

If i sell it, unless it's a prim residence.. that 400k cash... 5% is 20k a year at hte bank.. but yeah, if you can reap in more money in the market.. sure.

I'm just continue going to ride the rental wave and let it go up.
It's my retirement residence just in case i get laid off.
