Wtf! That's 4 times too many..
Luckily the mom called earlier and seems like she is motivated to come from Alberta to sort things out. The resto guys also told me that they will be able to do the initial clean-up to make sure the space is going to be safe to enter, but from the sound of it, a lot of stuff likely has to be replaced.
