Again, who tf wants dirty strangers in their home. You can say they are good people etc. you’ve got no fucking clue what they are doing in your place. Making another 50k over the span of 4-5 years isn’t worth the peice of mind lost from people bucking rails and smoking darts in your family home.

That's 10 grand a year. How many hours do they have to work to make 10 grand? If they make 120K a year that's 1 month. They are willing to lose one months income just to keep a place empty. That's nuts. I wonder what they think of the carbon tax?
