But how are people going to pay that money without mortgage helpers?
Think of how many properties in Vancouver are 3.4 million dollars, and compare that to how many people are taking home 600k household income to afford that mortgage payment.
There's a whole lot more 3 million dollar homes here than 3 million dollar home afforders lol.
