He is reading the script off a teleprompter or something similar -- everybody in that sort of position does this, and this is why he looks a little off.
For an 81 years old, he looks significantly better than the norm. The only elderly person I can think of that did a better job at this sort of thing than Sleepy Joe is the late QE2. But QE2 is definitely the exception rather than the rule. And none of this changes the fact that Sleepy Joe is 81 years old, and he has visibly aged under the public eye in the last 3+ years.
One the other hand, the other geriatric candidate somehow didn't seem to have aged as much in the last few years. Perhaps it is just a matter of him not being in the public eye as much, or maybe I just haven't paid as much attention to him as I had with Sleepy Joe. As far as the vitality front goes though, the Orange Idiot is definitely winning big over Sleepy Joe.
At this point, I am more or less expecting Trump to win and screw the world over.
I seriously hope I'd be proven wrong...
