You'd think because he's been threatened with being found in contempt of court, violating gag orders, and having a few dozen other criminal trials on the horizon, it MIGHT be a reasonable idea to give him a little bit more than nothing at all.
If sentencing can be left up to discretion, seems like some discretion should be used.
