Planning to hit up the cities of DC, Philly, NYC, and Boston at the end of summer. Could use some recos from anyone who's visited recently.

Been to NYC a couple times already and done all the usual tourist stuff. Will probably see the new (to me) WTC and maybe the High Line but that's about it for attractions. But otherwise looking for some cool neighborhood spots to hang out it mostly.

Got a few days each for DC, Philly, and Boston (holy fuck the hotel prices in this city are off the charts crazy).

So our actual itinerary is this (these are full days):
3 days - Washington DC
2 days - Philadelphia
4 days - NYC
2.5 days - Boston (we fly out at night)
