For testing you can just go through your family doctor or TELUS Health. I request a blood test, they send it to Lifelabs, I book an appointment with them and bam, results in 2 days on MyCareCompass. It's all free.
My doctor is pretty chill as well, if I told him my peepee wasn't working right, he'd probably prescribe me testosterone. If he wouldn't, I'd just go to Polo Health:

If you can go that route, it's far better than procuring your stuff on the black market.
