I got to drive my brothers F20 M235i briefly and yeah there's not a lot of feedback there. The low end power, especially with a tune, was really nice but overall it felt a bit too refined for my tastes. I was expecting it to be more of a sports car but I think it's more of a grand tourer. I'd have to drive it way too fast for it to feel exciting on the street which is no bueno.
