They had an entire floor (roughly 2500 sq ft) dedicated as a shop to build custommill work, think along the lines of curving 8-15 individual pieces of trim to contour specific shapes in the library etc.) stuff that was insanely timely like doing a couple cranks a day in clamps that would bend these pieces lol

This guy also was adjusting individual LED lights to highlight specific concrete features in the outside stairs etc. it was completely over the top but that’s what you get in these ultra high end builds 20M+ and 3-5 years of construction
