I remember hearing that Israel would retaliate back, but don't remember seeing any retaliation. However, now looking specifically for it, it looks like they did on April 18, but meh, it seemed pretty minor.

I think the point that others are making, and I seem to agree with, is that these air strikes from Iran look like nothing but saying that hey, we did something, and that's enough. More like just saving face.
