Quebec. But of course people will instantly say Quebec isn’t a comparable even though it’s a similar system to ICBC, in a bigger province, with more people.

As I said, there is no tangible data on just regular rates. You can’t just use an 18 year old that has had 2 DUI’s and is paying $4800 a year for a 2001 civic and say “Alberta is more!!!”

If ICBC is the best option, fine. But the quote for my car in Alberta is basically the exact same as it is here, so apples to apples, I don’t think it’s far fetched to say, for me personally, a private system could potentially be cheaper elsewhere than what I pay with ICBC here.
