Do the perfect prime rib method, only takes about 15 min of prep, end up with a better prime rib than the keg
Search perfect prime rib on YouTube it’s where you cook a room temp roast for 5 minutes times the pounds of the roast at 500 deg, then shut the oven off and let the residual heat cook for 2 hours
Every time I’ve made it it’s been perfect
