I mean I lived in Richmond my whole life, so I'm used to bad driving... but that's more like clueless moves and hesitation up the yingyang..
Calgary drivers are a different type of bad driving, it's like they're just not paying attention and hoping for the best all the time? So much "I'm just gonna go and hope it's clear" or "Look at the clouds!" bam rear end someone or just straight up YOLO attitude... it's kinda bizarre. I would say Surrey is the closest comparison in the lower mainland.
