Trying to be factual here.
The 160 hrs/month change is a Project 2025 proposal, and at least on the surface, Trump has tried to distance himself from it. I do not believe him, but that's what he has done.
The proposal also did not explicitly call for a change. Instead, it called for "flexibility" in determining how OT is calculated. Companies and their employees should be free to calculate working hours across either 14 or 28 days instead of just 7.
Obviously I think this is BS. BC's rule is over 8 hours a day, or over 40 hours a week becomes overtime work, and requires OT pay rates. Stretching it to 2 or 4 weeks is a ripoff to the employees.
