Rentals allow 2 drivers too - they offered to put my wife on the car when I had a 992 a few years ago.

$680/day (incl taxes) for a 911 and I think I paid about $400/day for the Boxster GTS.
I can't recall what the charge is for going on mileage but I don't remember it being too high - I didn't worry about the cost of going over.
The lesson here for BIC is to sell his CTR and his house then go rent a 911 once a year.
