Like I said before, the whole program is just based on exploitation of people to cheapen wages for large businesses. I have 2 people in the LMIA program at work, and I pay them exactly what I'd pay anyone else. I hired them based on their attitudes and skill and don't really give a shit where they came from. Value is value in staff.
