Thought this house was pretty unique, with the open atrium in the middle of the house. My concern would be if it snowed a lot, you would have to pile up the snow somewhere. I hope the drainage is really good there.

At this price point I'd radiant heat the tiles there and yeah, make sure drainage is taken care of.
