Nix is a great example of how you develop a rookie QB during a season. Not a perfect example mind you; they definitely tried to do too much with him early on. But eventually they simplified things greatly for him, and then added more and more responsibilities from there. Now it seems like the guard rails are completely off, and he can play to his full potential.
Washington another great example of this. Very simple college offense (but with some twists) and they blew fans' minds. Not clear if teams have figured him out, or the rib injury is bothering him really bad.
Compare that to what the Bears did with Jalen, Panthers with Bryce, etc.
