Pirelli’s All Seasons and All Weather are about as good as AS4 and CC2.
BUT in Vancouver, CC2 probably reigns supreme because of the giant voids for slush evacuation.
My exp with the Nokian all weathers is they’re better in snow than CC2 but blow in the wet.
Even then, I've gotten stuck in the wet slushy snow with open diff FWD.
