If money's no issue and I can pick any car... the most realistic would be the recently discontinued Acura NSX.
It's super fun to drive, reliable so that I'm not worried breaking down in the middle of nowhere and the seating in for relatively long period (I was in for 2 days) was decent enough that my back wouldn't hate me.
