I started the year at 183 and my goal is to get down below 170, ideally by end of quarter. 170 would be the lowest I've been in about 15 years.
I'm taking the next few months off as I've officially quit my job to deal with my hearing loss issue and as part of dealing with it I need to work on my fitness. Improved fitness will help me hear better (along with reducing stress and improving my sleep) so this is kind of a thing I really have to do.
I've started light - aiming for 10k steps per day and started lifting weights again. Will soon get back on my exercise bike and pick up the Apple Fitness workout courses. Since I'm not working I'm able to cook at home a lot more so hopefully that means healthier meals too.
