Brown dudes have it the toughest, diet full of fats and dairy.... when my dad had a quadrupe bypass back in like 2014 or whatever it was, I visited him at St. Paul's and the entire cardiac ward besides my dad was all brown dudes and ladies.... save for 1 guy in his 40's in my dad's room who was a skinny white marathon runner guy........... that was weird, can't outrun (no pun intended) genetics sometimes I guess.
