Lets say I hop on TRT or somehow make it to 210 lbs @ 10-12% body fat, idk if that extra weight is healthy for my joints, it's really heavy especially if I do jumping and moving for sports.
I'd say 210 is still okay, but it would be my maximum I'd wanna hit again at all body fat %.
