EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, Brazil would be above both USA and China if you want to do a EU/Americas coalition.
I can 100% see some sort of soft coalition like this happening at least (maybe with Japan and India) as long as the idiotic Canadians don't elect a Conservative government.
