Suggestion: Pre-natal classes are a great way to form a dad support group and an opportunity that I regret not taking advantage of. The moms all formed a group chat (the dads were in it too) but it was basically the moms doing all the talking (and organising get togethers). Get the numbers of the dads and form your own group chat so you can support each other.
