I can say the same about some parts of Texas, there are parts down there where you have to remind yourself that you're still in the USA, a 1st world country.
San Antonio has upwards of 40,000 stray dogs, I saw more stray dogs running around that damn city on the daily than I've seen in
MANY 3rd world countries, and I've visited many.
Add to that the lack of literacy, impoverished communities, I'm not kidding there are spots down there much worse than many countries we'd consider "poor". It's an absolute disgrace to see a country with that much money to have communities and areas so fucking decrepit.
For someone to say Canada is a 3rd world country is someone who has never traveled, and is so laughably ignorant that I wouldn't even be able to take a single thing that person said seriously.
