Breakfast:
3 eggs, 1 avocado, hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Lunch:
Sashimi / green salad with Japanese ginger dressing & diced cucumber
OR
Greek spiced chicken breast with side of mixed greens
Dinner:
Steak grilled with salt and pepper, with side of asparagus cooked in butter, glass of red wine
OR
Roast chicken breast and broccoli with tahini sauce.

Crab cooked with lemon and butter, on the side: carrots, peas, brussel sprouts
I guarantee, I would bet my LIFE, that anyone following this diet would drop weight so fast. You don't even have to exercise beyond a walk or two a day.
Losing weight is sooooooooooooo easy... it is just EXPENSIVE.
Right now I'm sooooooooo poor I gained weight because I can't afford to eat the above meals. I stick to bacon and eggs for breakfast, a chicken burger with fries for lunch, and meatballs with garlic toast for dinner, and cheap alcohol for comfort.
