You're definitely going to be slower given the extra muscle mass, but you'll be more explosive at the same time (hopefully).
You'll also have better endurance in the physical aspects of the game, though I'm not sure how much that benefits in floor hockey, per se.
That's always going to be the unfortunate trade off when putting on muscle mass.
I used to box in the amateurs before pivoting into bodybuilding, and I noticed a very definitive loss of snap to my punches from all the weight lifting, I'm much slower throwing and snapping the punch nowadays on the heavy bag as opposed to back in the day when I was 40lbs lighter.
