The phone cams have so much post processing which makes certain hard to shoot scenarios easier. There's no skill involved with a cellphone in low light, but you need to know what you are doing with a camera.
Can you light paint with a cellphone? I don't think there's options to set exposure, iso, and aperture unless you are using a phone that's dedicated photography like the Sony Xperia Pro line. The problem with the Sony is the software is kind of terrible to use. Trying to fiddle with stuff on screen really means you'll miss the shot.
Most untrained eye won't be able to tell, but you can definitely pick up post processing by the phone if you know what to look for. For fast media like IG most ppl simply won't care.
