During COVID, I perfected how to make the Japanese-style fried chicken that you fry twice after a brief rest in between. I got so fucking fat because I made it like 5 nights a week and my kid LOVED it!
I had to get rid of my deep fryer, otherwise I would just eat Japanese-style fried chicken 3 meals a day.
