That’s hardly detailed enough to say it’s any better imo.

So.. lost revenue will be offset by further investment.. so when a multi family development is now built they are going to eat the entire cost of the infrastructure upgrades that feed that development as opposed to having municipalities choose when to upgrade based on need? lol ok.

As someone who works directly with utilities all the time, this type of promise isn’t likely to come to fruition until the next election. At best, if the liberals were to get into power I don’t see any tangible change happening at the municipal level until late 3rd, early 4th year of the term.

Things like electrical infrastructure, specific to BC, is governed by an overarching tariff that’s set of the BC utilities commission. Do any of those aforementioned words sound like things that change quickly?
