The “new” condo market is trash though
I know people are obsessed with new condos but you’d be insane to buy some shit box in Brentwood compared to the dozens of buildings surrounding those spires where you’re getting 20-50% more square footage for the same price.
If actually living in a place matters, the new/presale market is going to get slammed
