I asked RZD for background of their meet up in NYC. Big s/o to RZD tho, I was worried about my brother's safety and stuff so I asked him to show my brother around (without know he was there with his now gf lol)
Anyway the BG is that my brother wants to go to the US and make money. And RZD suggested some projects that he should do, as my brother is not up to par to US candidates.
FFS doesn't sound like my brother took those suggestions, which is annoying as RZD is a highly qualified individual. Not only does it make me look like shit, it's evident that he's just a dumb kid who is stubborn and refuses to take sound advice (lol describing myself a bit here too runs in the family I guess)
I don't see how he can get a job, let alone a US job, without having internship experience. If he's already having a tough time getting internships, I don't see why he's not willing to jump.
Fucking nepotism eh. I have plenty of other candidates who would jump at an opportunity like this, just to be around and make an impression on attendees, in hopes for something. Hell one actually got a job for a US company recently - my buddy hired this brown guy. He works so damn hard, goes to every event, helps out wherever he can. Feels bad for him because everyone else in his race that immigrated here are low quality individuals so of course, if we can, we'll hook him up with a job.
