bruh, I got a patient right now who has been non-stop talking out loud (to no one in particular) going on 3 hours. Just a jumbled mess of topics including but not limited to: China, Mexicans in Canada getting emergency healthcare, conspiracy theories etc.
I have no idea how anyone can go on talking this long with almost zero breaks in between topics. Just constant, verbal diarrhea that every single one of us has had to tune out all morning
