Well then you're not understanding the origins of the phrase and falsely equivocating it with a group.
It's not attributed to the Liberal Party of Canada nor is it exclusive to voters of the Liberal Party.
It originated with Gordie Howe, who was definitely not a Liberal and was adopted to resist, as much as one possibly can (and is basically performative since we're miniscule in comparison to them) the USA thinking Canadians are always easygoing about everything.
This notion that it is exclusively a Liberal Party catchphrase is ridiculous. I see the signs in store windows all over Calgary and we have a grand total of 1 Liberal Party candidate here.
This whole message string is a sign the Cons haven't done fuck all about changing their message. Just continuing to sit on the sidelines bitching again and pretending/insinuating they have or would have had a better solution when they don't and never did. If that's not the very definition of being a bunch of total losers I don't know what is. Even when it's good for Canada or as good as it CAN be for Canada, they still naysay it JUST BECAUSE. Good strategy, worked really well the last 10 years.
