Since you missed me.
Last week Telus called me saying they had some offers that might be beneficial (increase my bill) to me. I asked how much am I paying for internet. They said $135 x2 for the 2 places because my discounts just expired. I said I wanted to cancel. She sent me to another department the price was brought down to $86 for each place. Took 26 min. Now here is where it gets more fucked up. I check online and they where not just going to charge me $135 but they where going to charge me $135 plus $20 for unlimited internet.
I bet there are some old people or people who don't check there bill that are paying $155 for 1 gig internet.
A few days ago I see that Telus has charged for $300 for something. I check the bill online. It's the cellphone bill and more than 50% of the bill is taxes. WTF? I call them. They say it's for taxes on a phone I bought. I bought the phone outright 2 months ago. I tell them you can't charge me for taxes 2 months after I bought the phone. I said i want to return the phone. Over an hour later they transfer me to another person. In 15 min he reversed the charges. To a total of 1 hour and 46 min.
Fck this company.
