Now here is where it gets more fucked up. I check online and they where not just going to charge me $135 but they where going to charge me $135 plus $20 for unlimited internet.
I bet there are some old people or people who don't check there bill that are paying $155 for 1 gig internet.

A few days ago I see that Telus has charged for $300 for something. I check the bill online. It's the cellphone bill and more than 50% of the bill is taxes. WTF? I call them. They say it's for taxes on a phone I bought. I bought the phone outright 2 months ago. I tell them you can't charge me for taxes 2 months after I bought the phone. I said i want to return the phone. Over an hour later they transfer me to another person. In 15 min he reversed the charges. To a total of 1 hour and 46 min.

Fck this company.
between my personal line and the business line i get calls like this especially from telus all the time.
as soon as they say they have some offers for me, i just stop them right there and say how about i just tell you what i have and what im getting and you can tell me if you can beat it or not?
i dont want more services for a higher price, so unless you can bring my bill down then im not interested.
90% of the reps just listen to me tell them about my plan then say ok thanks have a nice day. lol
i have 20gb of data and i almost never exceed 5gb in a month, why do i need 60gb even if it's just $10 more?
