Also, because of its central location, traffic isnt so bad unless you're taking the 91 to Surrey, then god help you. Going to vancouver you got 3 options for bridges so its quite easy.
Housing lots are big, neighbours are quiet, and due to the high number of ching chongs, nobody will ever bother you or talk to you. Higher chance of them crashing into you via their shitty driving than talking to you.
ohhh and i forgot this most important point! BEST FUCKING ROAD SURFACES IN THE LOWER MAINLAND!!!!
