No doubt he's slowing but I think it's more the cars than him - lots have been written about his driving style (late braking) not suiting this generation of car. This generation of car requires a gentle approach to turn-in to keep the downforce on the car and if you can't do that (or it's not your style) you'll lose a lot of time.

Is he as fast as Max, Charles or George in qualifying pace anymore? I doubt it but he's not falling off like Alonso has whose car and teammate are so shitty that no one has noticed how unremarkable he's been the last couple years.
