Telus called me wanting to give me more value for my account. Basically adding on another service to charge me more. I said i wanted my bill reduced and I wanted to talk to a manager. Puts me on hold. They says the manager is in I meeting. I said I will wait with him. He decides to check again. 2 min later i get a manager. I tell her how is increasing my bill a better value for me? This goes on for a while. She says she does not have the power to reduce my bill. Get transferred to a third person. I finally get $10 off my internet for 6 months for the 2 accounts we have. total pjone time 26 minutes and 18 seconds on the phone while at work. I try to make them pay every time they call me to waste my time. They are not allowed to hang up so I just keep pushing.
