Many of them are soccer/baseball/hockey mom/dads. You need to carry humongous bags for the stuff you need to carry every other day. Model Y can fit even hockey stuff without folding down the rear seats other than maybe hockey stick protruding to the rear seat compartment.
And another big thing, although not Model Y exclusive was the ability to run the air con without carbon monoxide poisoning. And it's crucial as many just stay in the car rather than going into the ice ring at 6AM in the morning. Some even opted to put a freaking air matress so that they could actually sleep laying down. I sometimes wonder if there's more going on.
