As Hobz has alluded to, if you want anything more than a M3 with those requirements, the GT3 Touring is the only thing new on the market right now that can satisfy those requirements. Which is also the reason why I want one of them.
You can go Ferrari/McLaren/Lambo but nothing they make satisfies performance, manual, practicality in the same way the GT3 T does. Is it dumb? Yeah. But Porsche knows it that's why they released the Touring with backseats for 992.2.

M3 doesn’t even have that anymore I don’t think. Is manual even available? I think you’re bound to the m2 at that point. Which really is the m3. New m3 is an m5.
