Used to be able to pay and park on Pender for 2 hours until 8PM (get there at 6) then it was free unlimited parking until the show was over.
Then I'd walk down Denman, hop in my car, take Hastings to the Ironworkers, and I'd be home in 15 minutes. Can't do that anymore since they changed the pay parking to 10PM.
